Arkan107 days agoI had a great experience with John! From initial contact on a Saturday. John managed to write a CV and cover letter within 2 weeks! He was very responsive to my calls and messages and emails. After the initial consultation he proceeded to gather the correct information from me and write up my CV to assess and put right anything I was not happy with. John went over a very important processes of ATS, which can limit your application process when applying for jobs. This was all new to me, so a very valuable lesson learnt and understood. Thank you.

He showed me how to properly optimise my CV so it stands out to recruiters. One of the most useful things I learned was how to adapt my CV for each role I apply for, so the most relevant skills and experience stand out for that specific position. Adrian Hardy318 days agoAfter coming to the end of a full career in the British Army and looking onto new opportunities, i came across John's services. With his 5 star reviews and his previous Armed Forces experience, i was at no doubt he was the correct mentor i needed. James R516 days agoI reached out to John after seeing a role I was interested in, and realising that my CV was in desperate need of updating. John was fantastically patient, thorough and expedient. He took his time to guide me through the process, worked to ensure that my CV and cover letter were accurate and exacting, and walked me the recruitment process so I fully understood what was needed in the future. His demonstration of LinkedIn (which I previously thought was a worse version of Facebook) was incredibly detailed and helpful; I feel much more confident in my ability to use it to my advantage in the future. Chris610 days agoI would highly recommend John Logan if you are in the position of looking for a new role or career, updating your CV or getting to undertand Linkedin. It had been 24 years since I last changed my job and John took me through all the steps of creating my Linkedin profile, CV and covering letters. He is not just there to take the money, he does want to know your personal situation, what you are trying to achieve, and what you have already achieved. I found John very uplifting, and enlightening, giving me the knowledge and confidence to look at available jobs, and approach my application in a different way. There is no rush with John to herd you through. He takes his time, talks and walks you through every step and clearly explains the relevance of what he is proposing and why. Nigel Simpson674 days agoCV Writing John was an absolute pleasure to work with. He has a very calm and caring way in the way he works with you. He is not just there to take the money, he does want to know your personal situation, what you are trying to achieve, and what you have already achieved. He gains a full understanding of you and brings in a host of experience and knowledge from his own life, to help you in the best way he can. I found John very uplifting, and enlightening, giving me the knowledge and confidence to look at available jobs, and approach my application in a different way. There is no rush with John to herd you through. He takes his time, talks and walks you through every step and clearly explains the relevance of what he is proposing and why. I enjoyed every session and discussion with John and got loads out of it. He may not be the cheapest around, but I would recommend him to anyone who requires help with your CV, cover letters, LinkedIn profile and future job opportunities. I certainly think I got value for money and just think on, pay cheap, pay twice. You wont need to pay anyone else with John. Thank you very much John, appreciate your time and effort.

Being a 54 year old retired Police officer, now gardener, I had no idea where to start with compiling a CV. John was superb. Before we began our professional journey, we spent a good chunk of time getting to know each other, and work how how my business could benefit from his knowledge. During this call, I got to learn a lot about myself and the company that I hadnt considered previously. We've now had 2 sessions together and booked a third in. Every time we speak I feel I discover something new to consider or act upon. He speaks to me with dignity and respect, but will also give me the difficult to hear news too. If you're considering hiring John, give him a call. It could be worth the time! lovely man, straight talker, valuable knowledge.

John has and continues to the encyclopedia of knowledge of help and advice for the last two months. I decided to take the option with John of writing the Business Plan with him, and he taught me how to challenge myself and my business idea. I ended up with a Business Plan that will be my bible, and I am now much more confident in launching my business and growing my brand along with the Cash flow forecast we produced. What I admire about John is his no-nonsense but relaxed approach. He asks some forthcoming questions in areas that were fundamental to the business that I had not thought of. I have saved £ 000 already in terms of advice regarding property leasing and structure for my business. If I just need that second opinion in an area I'm not too sure of, John is always there, often at no charge. I could not recommend John's services highly enough.
