I had a great experience with John! From initial contact on a Saturday. John managed to write a CV and cover letter within 2 weeks! He was very responsive to my calls and messages and emails. After the initial consultation he proceeded to gather the correct information from me and write up my CV to assess and put right anything I was not happy with. John went over a very important processes of ATS, which can limit your application process when applying for jobs. This was all new to me, so a very valuable lesson learnt and understood. Thank you.

CV Writing Having spent some time going around in circles without  success on my own drafted CV's, I decided for a senior role which I am looking for It was about time I paid the services of a professional hence I was recommended by a London HR Manager frined of mine to try Bark. CV Writing I worked with John to put together a CV for myself as an Expert Witness for the courts.  I wanted something that looked clean and professional and that came across clear and precise to the reader with regards to my area of expertise.  John was incredibly helpful and patient whilst we worked together to  build the CV and get it exactly how I wanted it.  There were several drafts but with each conversation we built the foundations and the end result is a punchy and very professional CV. He is not just there to take the money, he does want to know your personal situation, what you are trying to achieve, and what you have already achieved. He gains a full understanding of you and brings in a host of experience and knowledge from his own life, to help you in the best way he can. I found John very uplifting, and enlightening, giving me the knowledge and confidence to look at available jobs, and approach my application in a different way. There is no rush with John to herd you through. He takes his time, talks and walks you through every step and clearly explains the relevance of what he is proposing and why. I enjoyed every session and discussion with John and got loads out of it.  He may not be the cheapest around, but I would recommend him to anyone who requires help with your CV, cover letters, LinkedIn profile and future job opportunities.   I certainly think I got value for money and just think on, pay cheap, pay twice.  You wont need to pay anyone else with John.  Thank you very much John, appreciate your time and effort.

Working with John has been a breath of fresh air! Being faced with redundancy having not produced a quality cv in nearly 20 years was incredibly daunting. I looked at many options for cv writing but 99% of them would involve a complete stranger or AI bot making my own work look nice. This is not what you will get with John. Before we began our professional journey, we spent a good chunk of time getting to know each other, and work how how my business could benefit from his knowledge. During this call, I got to learn a lot about myself and the company that I hadnt considered previously. We've now had 2 sessions together and booked a third in. Every time we speak I feel I discover something new to consider or act upon. He speaks to me with dignity and respect, but will also give me the difficult to hear news too. I found John through his website as I wanted to start a business and was not sure what to do or where to go. John has and continues to the encyclopedia of knowledge of help and advice for the last two months. I decided to take the option with John of writing the Business Plan with him, and he taught me how to challenge myself and my business idea. I ended up with a Business Plan that will be my bible, and I am now much more confident in launching my business and growing my brand along with the Cash flow forecast we produced. What I admire about John is his no-nonsense but relaxed approach. He asks some forthcoming questions in areas that were fundamental to the business that I had not thought of. I have saved £ 000 already in terms of advice regarding property leasing and structure for my business. If I just need that second opinion in an area I'm not too sure of, John is always there, often at no charge. I could not recommend John's services highly enough.
